Step 3 Β· Sponsored Challenge Builder

Five outputs, one 4-week story.

A kickoff post to launch the challenge, a weekly progress template, a celebration finale, a story for your fundraising page, and a printable fridge poster for the kids. Fill it in once β€” you'll have everything you need to run the whole campaign.

1 The challenge

Be specific and finishable. "30 books in 30 days" beats "lots of reading". "100km in November" beats "some running".
Used in progress updates: "Sam has done 12 books so far".
The artist / athlete
For safety, we don't recommend using full names. This appears in the posts.
🏠 Private β€” for the poster you print at home. Won't appear on any public page or in any messages. Makes the poster feel personal and motivating.
Dates
Most challenges run 2–4 weeks. Longer than that and kid motivation flags.
The cause & pledges
A specific cause raises more than "school fundraiser". e.g. "the shaded play area", "Year 4 camp".
Most parents pick $400–$700. A visible goal raises about 2Γ— more than no goal.
Flat is simpler and works just as well. Per-unit can feel more exciting for big challenges but creates accounting at the end.
Donation page
Paste the full link to your "My Profile" page β€” looks like
https://yourcampaign.2bfitfundraising.com.au/uxoac
This goes in every post so sponsors can donate directly.
02 Your outputs

Five outputs, one campaign arc.

A kickoff post for day one, a weekly progress template you reuse each week with that week's actuals, a celebration finale for the last day, a page story for your fundraising dashboard, and a printable fridge poster the kids tick off each day.

πŸ“± Kickoff post β€” paste into Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, send to family directly
Fill in the form above to see your kickoff post…
πŸ’‘ Critical: Personally message 10 family members BEFORE posting publicly. An empty page kills the campaign. Get 5+ donations in before the public post goes live.
πŸ“± Weekly progress update β€” reuse each week with that week's numbers
Fill in the form above to see your weekly progress template…
πŸŽ₯ Attach a 15-second phone video of your kid mid-challenge. Real beats polished. The placeholders in the template ([number]/[total]/[amount]) get replaced with the actual numbers each week.
πŸ“± Celebration finale β€” send at the end, with a short thank-you video if possible
Fill in the form above to see your finale post…
πŸ’› Bonus: Have your kid record a 30-second thank-you video naming each donor. People who got personally thanked are 5Γ— more likely to back any future fundraiser you run.
πŸ“– Page story β€” paste into your dashboard's "Why are you fundraising?" box
Fill in the form above to see your page story…
πŸ’‘ How to publish it: Log in β†’ Fundraising Dashboard β†’ click Edit on the "My Profile" card β†’ paste into the "Why are you fundraising?" box β†’ Save. The story then appears under "About my fundraiser" on your public page.
🏠 Print & stick on the fridge β€” A4 portrait, colour-in friendly

🏠 For home use only. The fridge poster stays in your house β€” it's where your kid's actual first name belongs. The poster builds the daily streak motivation that public posts can't.
